1. If your were training at your venue using only what is there, name 3 exercises per muscle group that you could include in a circuit.

2. Create a 15 minute warm-up for a game of cricket. List at least 2 different activities within, followed by the stretches you would complete?


3. Write three sentences about how you personally have benefited in any way from fitness, sport, or exercise?
